CAFS 80

CAFS Model 80 fire fighting unit provides medium expansion foam for rapid flame knockdown and securing of fire area. CAFS 80 compact skid-mounted design allows easy field placement or mounting on most standard truck beds. CAFS Model 80 can be custom configured for trailers and OEM applications.

Liquid Capacity: * 80 gallons U.S.
System Operating Pressure: 125 psi
Agent Container: Built to latest version ASME Unfired Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII. Shall include a 4 inch I.D. agent fill opening with a nickel plated collar. Container shall incorporate a liquid level fill gauge. Agent container shall be provided with a 150 psi pressure relief valve.
Agent Container Lining: Shall be Formula M121 chemically grafted lining
Container Fill Cap: Cast aluminum, hardlube anodized, black dyed, and Teflon® coated. Cap shall have a visual pressure indicator.
Hose: 1.5 inch Angus Firechief, optional 50 ft. or 100 ft.
Nozzle: TFT H-VOl with 1 inch FFS9 tip
Flow Rate: 30 GPM
Weight: Empty – approx. 650 lbs.
Full – approx. 1300 lbs.
Cylinder: Nitrogen or compressed air, sized to system requirements, with handwheel valve or optional quick release valve.
